Marketing Manager – Intelligence

If so, we’re looking for a Senior Marketing Executive or Marketing Manager to join our highly commercial, record-breaking marketing team. You’ll be joining an exciting new division focussing on client-led events, subscription/membership-based webinars & meet-ups, and market research offerings.


About the role:

Reporting in to the Head of Intelligence Marketing, you will execute the marketing campaigns generating leads and securing guests for:

  • Free-to-attend events 
  • Client-requested, niche market research and content
  • Membership/subscription based events, webinars and meet-ups


Responsibilities: 

  • Full mix digital marketing 
  • End-to-end campaigns
  • Ensuring website and other collateral is on-brand
  • Manage data research process and key stakeholders
  • Run effective and actionable campaign analysis (pre-, during, and post-event)
  • Email marketing and effective data segmentation
  • Affiliate marketing through speakers, sponsors, media partners and associations
  • Social media strategy and management
  • PR/ press efforts
  • Budgeting and cost control


A successful candidate will have/ be able to demonstrate:

  • 2+ years’ experience in a direct marketing role in subscriptions or membership marketing
  • Experience in conference/events marketing 
  • A proven track record of successfully running your own marketing campaigns
  • Highly effective time management and prioritisation of short and long-term projects
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Able to apply copywriting principles to external marketing communications
  • Able to conduct robust data analysis to inform the direction of their marketing campaigns
  • Test and optimize marketing tactics for customer acquisition (e.g. online advertising, direct mail, etc.) and conversion rate optimization
  • Propose creative and effective ways to attract prospects and convert leads
  • Able to provide manager and project teams with detailed feedback
  • Responsive and collaborative
  • Excitement about driving commercial results through marketing
  • Keen eye for detail, high standards
  • Experience of the following desired (but not required): Salesforce, Pardot, Google Analytics, Google Adwords, LinkedIn advertising

£30-35k basic salary + bonus
